Imagine my neighbor is dumping all kinds of liquids and garbage off his balcony.And I can't find the emergency number on line.My office is great the maintenance crew is great. But that's it. Garbage.

I went here today to sort out some housing issues that have recently come up.First of all, the wait was not long at all, probably around 10 minutes, which was surprising.The staff were all very polite, courteous and also very helpful to provide information and resolve the situation.Overall there is only one complaint.. For some reason there is no way to dry your hands in the washroom, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

My husband and I where looking to buy for more than a year, we check online, try to visit, some agent answer their phones some doesn't, we were looking, checking, but a lot of details to be aware of, like keep running in the same place going nowhere. our friend told us that we need an agent, and recommended Raneem. She explained how hard it was for her finding the right agent that she can trust. Now our life is easier, Raneem leads us step by step foreword, details are clearer. We are so satisfied, we highly recommend her!

AUCUN SERVICE. Je suis propriétaire et offre un logement à des personnes sur l'aide social qui est subventionné par l'OMHM. Avant d'accepter d'offrir un logement, ils me rassuraient qu'ils interviendraient instantanément si le locataire payait en retard sa partie (celle non subventionnée). Ils me disaient qu'ils leur retireraient la subvention : c'est TOTALEMENT FAUX. Qu'ils feraient des visites pour voir si les locataires entretenaient bien l'appartement : C'EST FAUX. Depuis mars j'ai envoyé la demande d'augmentation de loyer et en septembre j'attends encore la réponse. Les locataires actuels sont malpropres et à cause d'eux j'ai eu des souris (leurs portes sont toujours ouvertes avec des poubelles adjacentes) et des fourmis pour lesquels j'ai du payé pour faire exterminer. Ils ont fait pleins de trous dans les murs, les armoires neuves sont encrassées de graisse. Des toiles d'araignées partout au plafond, les murs salis de traces de mains. De la belle tapisserie d'époque embossée toute arrachée, bref, des milliers de $ de dommage... l'OHMH ne répond à aucun de mes appels ou courriel depuis 3 mois !!! Pire, l'OMHM m'a laissé un message agressif pour que j'intervienne pour les fourmis alors que je n'avais jamais été mis au courant par eux ou les locataires.

Crooks, theives!!! Don't give them any money. They will pocket it and leave you with a mess
